Fall Break 2016

There's nothing better than a school break spent nestled in the mountains of North Carolina. This past weekend, I was able to sleep, eat (A LOT), and hike with some of the dearest people to me. We started with the Waynesville Apple Festival and ended with tacos in Asheville-- and I loved every second of it. Time with my roomies is always the sweetest. It's overflowing with copious amount of coffee, talks about Jesus, and wild adventure. This adventure was interrupted (rather, added to), when we were able to pick up some of our closest guy friends from the top of Max Patch, earlier than expected. Time with the dudes added lots of trail stories, laughs, and the most food thought possible. I'm talkin' like 7 pizzas and cheese fries and gingerale and apple cider donuts

Although I didn't have my camera on me majority of the time, I did carry it with me as we hiked Black Balsam Knob and drove through the ever-so-beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. I could ramble on and on about how full my heart and tummy are from this past break, but I'll let a couple of these snapshots speak for me.
